REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
- Bachelor's
Degree in Agriculture / Business / Finance / Management will be an
advantage
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3– 5 years
related management experience in the Agri trade environment.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Provide and
maintain sound customer relations with internal and external clients
(marketing).
- Maintain control
of critical administrative procedures and processes to ensure compliance
with relevant policies and legislative requirements (loss control).
- Ensure a
well-managed inventory system.
- Manage the
branch operations for business optimisation according to the department's
business plan.
- Manage the
branch finances.
- Provide
leadership and support to all employees to ensure a motivated and
competent staff complement.
