years’ experience working in Payroll / Admin / Leave

to detail and accuracy

and verbal skills / email etiquette – will liaise with HR on mail and
telephone daily

listening skills.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Candidate will
be responsible for assisting a Payroll Specialist.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Export daily
Delta report, check & process all changes on the report where
applicable (Manual processing that is not included on the integration)
- Full payroll
processing of the following:
- Terminations
- New Employees
- Contract
renewals
- Bank detail
changes
- Promotions &
Adhoc Increases
- Fixed info
changes - Names, addresses, tel numbers, cost centres etc.
- Overtime
- Adhoc Earnings
& Deductions - Bonus, commissions, AOD etc.
- Withdrawals
- NBC Online
updates - bank details, Increases, terminations, etc.
- Attending to
daily request & payroll queries (UI19's, Service certificates etc.
- Checking of
payrolls (Buddy System) & doing corrections
- Printing and
distributing of manual payslips
- Processing
of EFT for 2nd EFT run
