Job Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized person to join our team as a Warehouse Data and Documentation Associate.
  • The primary work for this role is to manage data entry, documentation, and record-keeping tasks within our warehouse facility.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Enter and maintain accurate data in warehouse management systems (WMS) or other relevant databases. 
  • Generate and update various types of documentation, including inventory register, returns log, and other stock movement reports. 
  • Organize and file physical and electronic documents in accordance with established procedures. 
  • Work closely with warehouse management and other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation. 
  • Perform regular audits of data and documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information. 
  • Assist in resolving data or documentation-related issues by conducting research, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions as needed. 
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.


  • Minimum of HND/BSC, associate's degree, or relevant certification preferred.
  • 1 -2 years experience in data entry, documentation management, or related administrative roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or databases. 
  • Good knowledge of Data and Data Visualization tools (Power BI), is an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
