Job Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to join our team and contribute to our supply chain and logistics operations.
  • The Supply Chain Officer will support the supply chain and logistics functions, ensuring efficient and cost-effective management of the flow of goods and services.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of supply chain processes.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, purchase order creation, and order tracking.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Support the logistics team in coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, including metrics on inventory levels, procurement activities, and supplier performance.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
