Job Summary

  • The Sales and Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role involves both sales and customer service functions, including handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively selling products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, etc.).
  • Maintain and update a database of potential clients.

Sales Presentations and Demos:

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Customize sales proposals and presentations to meet customer needs.

Sales Negotiations and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to close sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.

Customer Service Responsibilities:
Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved and to gather feedback.

Order Processing:

  • Process customer orders and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.

Complaint Resolution:

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.

Administrative Responsibilities:
Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain sales and customer service reports.
  • Track and report on sales performance and customer service metrics.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
