Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the automobile industry.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities and initiatives.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, ortsimilar role in the automobile industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
