Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all relevant platforms.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms as deemed relevant.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including text, image, and video content.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend new strategies to enhance the company's social media presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with the online community.
  • Implement social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities on social media platforms, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and company values.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts, with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques is a plus.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are desirable but not required.

N85,000 - N120,000 monthly
